Post race smoothie
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop sunwarrier vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1 tablespoon better ‘n butter
Dash of vanilla extract
1 cup of ice
Mix in blender and enjoy!

Dinner at whole foods!!! Lots of artichokes, beans and a balsamic dressing on top of spinach and mixed greens. I was disappointed that they didn’t have nutrition facts or ingredients for the dressing available (I asked and was told no). But I tried to pick the lowest calorie and fat dressing. Still so so so amazing :)
